Hours of Operation: The London Eye is open daily, closing only on Christmas Day and New Years Day. The hours however, vary depending on the season. From October – March, the London Eye has flights from 10:00 – 20:00 (from 10:00 – 17:30 on Christmas Eve, and from 10:00 – 15:00 on New Years Eve), in April, the Eye is operational between 10:00 and 21:00. In June, the London Eye is open from 10:00 – 21:00 Sun – Thurs, and 10:00 – 21:30 Fri – Sat. For the months of July and August, the London Eye is open from 10:00 – 21:30 daily, and in September the London Eye flies everyday from 10:00 – 21:00.
Admission: A ticket for the London Eye costs £17.95 for adults. However, travelers can save 10% if they book their tickets in advance. See the London Eye website for details.
Get There: Waterloo is the closest tube station to the London Eye – about a 5 minute walk away from the attraction. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank.
